Israel Universal Church Statement of Faith

The Bible

We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is our ultimate guide for faith and practice.
"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness." (2 Timothy 3:16, NIV)

The Trinity

We believe in one God, eternally existent God Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." (Matthew 28:19, NIV)

Jesus Christ

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His atoning death on the cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of God the Father, and His future return in power and glory.
"Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" (John 14:6, NIV)

Turbans as Our Pillar of Faith in God

We uphold the tradition of wearing turbans as a symbol of our faith and dedication to God.
"In that day the LORD Almighty will be a glorious crown, a beautiful wreath for the remnant of his people." (Isaiah 28:5, NIV)

Our Identity

We are the Akurinu Church of All the World, a community of believers who are committed to living out our faith through obedience to God's commandments and faith in Jesus Christ. We strive to create a loving and supportive environment where everyone can grow spiritually and serve the Lord faithfully.

Biblical Teachings and References

At Israel Universal Church, our faith and practices are deeply rooted in the teachings of the Bible. Here are some core biblical teachings and their references that guide our beliefs and actions:

The Greatest Commandment

Love God and Love Your Neighbor

"Jesus replied: 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.'"
(Matthew 22:37-40, NIV)

The Great Commission

Make Disciples of All Nations

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
(Matthew 28:19-20, NIV)

The Fruit of the Spirit

Living by the Spirit

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law."
(Galatians 5:22-23, NIV)

Living a Holy Life

Separation from Sin and Dedication to God

"But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; for it is written: 'Be holy, because I am holy.'"
(1 Peter 1:15-16, NIV)
These biblical teachings and references are integral to our faith and practice at Israel Universal Church. They provide us with guidance, inspiration, and a framework for living a life that honors God and serves others.
